The MSA Adult Fitness and Dance program offers a Hybrid of In-Person and Virtual Fitness classes which are held on the same day and time each week and are taught by highly qualified, certified fitness and dance instructors.

Our Adult Fitness Classes include MetroBarre, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Core Conditioning, Piloxing and Cardio Dance.

Our Adult Dance classes include Ballet 1 – Basic Beginners, Ballet 1 – Advanced Beginners, Tap 1 for Beginners, Tap 2 for Advanced Beginners and Tap 3 for Intermediate and Jazz.

Our front desk staff is on hand to guide you through our full schedule of classes and help you choose the appropriate level class. All of our classes can be booked on the MINDBODY App. Advance reservations must be made one hour prior to class to the class start time. Class schedule subject to change pending enrollment.


Can’t make it to class? Request a recording!
If our fitness schedule doesn’t line up with your schedule but you would still like to take one of our classes at a more convenient time, you can request a RECORDING of the class. All you have to do is sign-up for the class you would like to take and then reply to the email sent out with the Zoom information requesting the recording. The instructor will send it to you shortly after the class is finished. Recordings will be good for 3 days before they expire.

Student, Military, Teacher and Senior Discounts
Class passes can be purchased for a 10% discounted rate for students, military personnel, teachers and seniors (65+) and can be purchased at the front desk with a valid ID.

Booking classes on MINDBODY
Online reservations for all Fitness and Dance classes must be made one hour prior as space limited for In-Person classes. We need this time to send out an email with the ZOOM information for those students signing up for Virtual classes. All participants who sign-up for Virtual classes will receive an email with the Zoom link to join class. If you sign up for class but can’t make it for some reason, please cancel your class at least ONE HOUR prior to start time; otherwise you will be charged for the class. If you forget to cancel, you may request a recording of the class to do at a more convenient time in your schedule. Recordings will expire in 3 days.
